Babies come into this world and sometimes it’s challenging to learn how to adapt. Babies lives are full of new experiences such as eating, digesting, new sensations in and on their bodies, sleep and developmental changes. All of which are brand new and take time to learn, and adjust to. Babies have a lot going on in their first few years. Infant Massage helps calm their nervous system, releases tension from learning new skills and helps to relieve growing pains. This puts babies in a restful and relaxed state.

Parenting in these first few years can also be very draining. Infant Massage helps strengthen the bond with your child through touch and eye contact, helps you learn their cues, and provides that 5 minutes a day to simply BE with your baby

Baby Bodywork in-home Classes

Baby Bodywork’s offers Infant Massage Classes that focus on massage strokes for reflux, colic/gas, constipation, sleeping deeper and longer (for you and your baby), teething and relaxation, all while boosting baby’s immune system. They are for babies birth to 18 months or pre-walking. You will receive a packet with everything we cover in class and a bottle of Sleep Massage Oil from the Baby Bodywork product line.

Class Rates

Infant massage classes will focus on different ailments such as calming colic, reflux, teething, constipation, and sleeping. Infants will need your assistance to help their body more easily adjust during these important growing stages. All classes include a take-home packet with the techniques covered and a bottle of Sleep Massage Oil from the Baby Bodywork product line.

Series of 3: Full Body

$160 For 3 Classes

Class size 1-6 families
Each class is up to an hour
Covers the entire body over 3 sessions
This allows baby to adjust to the massage.
