October Classes Description and Pricing

To simplify things I wil be teaching the same class at all the locations this month.  So, if you can’t make one, no worries, we will be covering the same material at the next class!  Here is the class description for the October Classes.

In this one hour class you will learn the healing ancient art of Infant Massage.  This class is for parents and caregivers.  Extended family members are welcome to join for an additional $10 a person.  Massage has many benefits for baby and caregiver.  For the baby these include, stimulation of the respiratory, circulatory, nervous, muscular and gastrointestinal systems.  You will practice with your baby, using eye-to-eye contact, increasing the bond between you, communicating and having fun with your baby.  The massage sequences we will be covering include reflux, colic/gas, constipation and sleep.  You will learn how to customize these sequences to your baby’s developmental changes and play.  Your instructor is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor.  You will receive a packet with everything covered in class and a Sleep Massage Oil from the Baby Bodywork product line.

Registration is $30
Due online or the day of class, depending on location.
